Privacy Policy
We do not collect information about users of our services or products, except for what you know you are giving us. That is, we only collect information when you fill out a form or send us an e-mail and give us information.

Right now, we only use that information to process orders and alert users of Snood of new Snood information about the game or about related merchandise, offers or specials. If you send us an e-mail (seeking help or otherwise), we will send you an e-mail message giving you the opportunity to join our mailing list . If you are on our mailing list, then we will send you infrequent Snood News Bulletins when we release new versions of Snood or have new Snood products or have other news about Snood. You may manage your subscription to our newsletter (unsubscribe) by going to www.snoodworld.com.

We may change our policies at any time, upon no less than 30 days notice on this web site, so check this page frequently if you are concerned about privacy issues because we will post a new policy here.

Return Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with a product from snood.com, you may return it for any reason, within a week of your receipt of the item. We will replace the item or issue a refund — it's up to you! The item must be in new condition, however!

To return an item, please include a note with the return, detailing the buyer's name, order number, and the reason for the return (providing us with this information will help us serve you better in the future). You should send the item to Snood Returns, 23679 Calabasas Road #557, Calabasas, CA 91302.

Cancelling an Item
If you’d like to cancel an order, just let us know. We’ll immediately credit your account and cancel the shipment. If the order has already been shipped, we’ll credit your account as soon as you return the order to us.
